Carmel Archdekin attended Philadelphia University (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science) earning her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and worked in Advertising and Event Planning for seven years.  After she purchased her first home in South Philadelphia she became fascinated with the Philadelphia Real Estate Market and decided to pursue a career as a Realtor.  Her background in marketing and hospitality provided her with extensive sales experience that made her an instant success.  She specializes in first time home buyers sales and loves to work with new homeowners.  In addition, she also works with home listings and investment properties. Whether it’s your very first home or another investment property, she will do her best to ensure that it is a great experience.

Dale Archdekin attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia for Industrial Design and has worked in Exhibit Design for the past five years. With a passion for real estate investing, he began learning about the Philadelphia Real Estate Market and began a career as a Mortgage Advisor. He is a member of several local real estate investment groups and is actively involved with the Philadelphia Real Estate community.  He brings a myriad of knowledge to the table for his clients including help for first time home buyers and refinancing of existing homes to investment purchases and rentals. And unlike most mortgage agents, Dale makes sure that his clients know the entire process from pre-approval to settlement and attends each of his clients settlements to ensure a smooth process and peace of mind.
