 2. Signage: I will install our classic eye catching Weichert Sign with my name and direct phone number for anyone passing by.

 3. Public Open Houses: Together we will schedule Sunday Open Houses that are advertised in the Philadelphia Weekly, online with Craig’s List and with Signage on your Weichert sign during the week preceding.

 4. Brokers Open House Scheduled the 2nd Monday or Tuesday after our listing agreement date.

• We invite other Real Estate agents & brokers into your home so that they can preview it and better describe it to their buyers.

 5. Place a Lockbox on your home with your permission, to provide maximum availability for showings.

Dale Archdekin with Mega Mortgage will create custom financing option sheets for your home that will include the purchase price and monthly payments based on a prospective buyers down payment, current rates and various programs for interested buyers to take with them.  This is a great way for buyers to know right away if they can afford your home.

 8. Financing Signage & Call Capture: With your permission I will install a Financing Sign & create a 24 Hour, 800 number that provides a complete description of your home to interested buyers, along with the capability to directly connect to myself as your listing agent and Dale Archdekin, Mega Mortgage Loan Officer in order to find out about financing options for your home. 
 
9. Personal Attention. I am here for you for the entire process and will make every effort to get your home sold fast with the right financing.
