This is a great way for buyers to know right away if they can afford your home.

Financing Signage & Call Capture: With your permission I will install a Financing Sign & create a 24 Hour, 800 number that provides a complete description of your home to interested buyers, along with the capability to directly connect to myself as your listing agent and Dale Archdekin, Mega Mortgage Loan Officer in order to find out about financing options for your home.
9. Personal Attention. I am here for you for the entire process and will make every effort to get your home sold fast with the right financing.
